The First is afkomstig uit het eerste vat dat voor Saint Brandarius werd aangeschaft. De whisky rijpte acht jaar op een ex-bourbonbarrel. Vanille, honing en licht eikenhout komen samen met een vleugje zeezout in deze krachtige, maar zachte uitgave.
